Four Saturday sessions designed to help Diakonia grads understand and appreciate the goals, objectives and obstacles related to the practice of preaching and to explore skills that will engage and encourage listeners to hear with new ears the proclamation of the Good News. Participants will prepare and present three brief homilies and one full sermon. Class conversations will be based on required readings and review of germane YouTube presentations.
