COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to help participants understand the life and ministry of the Apostle Paul and the message and theology of the letters he wrote: I Thessalonians, Galatians, I & II Corinthians, Romans, Philippians, and Philemon. We also will look at the role and function of letters in the Hellenistic world and how they were formed and developed.
COURSE PURPOSE: To gain insight into the life and ministry of Paul and how the letters written by him came into existence and to examine their contents and messages.
